How many calories should you be eating a day?

Amount of Calories per day

Men that are Moderately Active (30 - 60 min a day of activity)
Ages 26 - 45 = 2600 calories per day

Men that are Sedentary (less that 30 min a day of activity)
Ages 26 - 45 = 2200 - 2400 calories per day

Women that are moderately Active (30 - 60 min a day of activity)
Ages 26 - 45 = 2000 calories per day

Women that are Sedentary (less than 30 min a day of activity)
Ages 26 - 45 = 1800 calories per day

* These are your body's daily caloric needs.  Start paying attention to what you are eating and make adjustments.  It may save your life!!!
