Initial goal:  Loose 10% of your body weight

Answer:  Choose an eating plan that will subtract enough calories for you to lose one or two pounds a week.  Please DO NOT lose weight any faster without the supervision of a healthcare professional. 

500 fewer calories = 1 pound a week (YOU CAN DO THIS BY ELIMINATING SODAS)

1000 fewer calories = 2 pounds a week (YOU CAN DO THIS BY LIMITING YOUR PORTION SIZES)
