My name is Roger Lee II, I have been a board certified personal trainer for the past 10 years. I have a B.S. in Exercise Science from Norfolk State University and a M.S. in Sports Management from Old Dominion University. So I come to you with a strong foundation in Human Anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, with these tools I have successfully trained hundreds of people.
